PHOTOGRAPHY

At 4wardView we offer both freelance and paid event coverage to showcase our brand through sport and recreation. For hire projects at 4wardView we take a 50% deposit for any and all events and the remaining 50% upon completion.


For freelance coverage we stay any given time we see fit. However for bookings we stay as long as required or agreed prior to the event. 


We are UK based but travel worldwide for event coverage except for restricted zones or any other exemptions. We have no set pricing and tailor an agreement with clients based on distance, duration, nature of the event and availability. 


All deposits and sales are final. We only have a refund & return policy for our shop. In regards to after sales we deal in raw footage only, for clients wanting adobe photoshop we run an exteranl referral service for after sales edits during the review call.

STEP 1

Get in contact via email with a description of your project including niche, vision or event.

STEP 2
Setup a call via teams or zoom meeting to discuss project.
STEP 3

Before work can commence pricing will need to be confirmed and agreed.


All information regarding coverage including location, address, time and date will be confirmed at this stage.

STEP 4

Pricing will vary per project based on distance, duration, level & availability.


After an agreement a 50% deposit is required to start. 

STEP 5

Clients can keep in contact via email or WhatsApp. 


Contact details for whatsapp can be provided after pricing agreement & deposit.

STEP 6
After a call, price agreement & receiving the deposit work can begin. 


Clients can agree a date when to send 50% deposit prior to the event. We have a no deposit no work policy.

STEP 7

Upon completion you will receive an invoice for the remaining cost. 


A review call can be held at the clients discretion for after sales FAQs or any further queries.

STEP 8

We offer an external referral programme for after sales edits. 


We only offer photography but can refer clients to proffesionals using our network for photoshop and videography.


After a review call a confirmation email will be sent with an invoice for final payment stating completion of work with our after sales policy.
